If you have a hotel:

• Make sure you have purchased a hotel license in the store.

• After purchasing the hotel license, go to the company menu and select "hotel.

• You determine the maximum number of days for hotel room rentals and the cost for when a player rents a room

• Players who do not have a house will be the ones renting the hotel

If you want to rent out your house as a guest house:

• If you want to rent out your house, you must purchase a different license available in the store, which is the guest house license, and it's different from the hotel license.

• After purchasing the Guest House license, go to the company menu and select "guest house."

• You determine the maximum number of days for guest house room rentals and the cost for when a player rents a room.

• Players who do not have a house will be the ones renting your guest house.
