Hotels are the second choice to obtain energy, and you can also rent out your house as a guest house to earn extra money.

Hotels only require a license to start operating, but they incur electricity and water costs, which are charged from the room rental price.

You won't pay upfront; when you have guests who want to rent a room, the money paid by the guests will be deducted by a certain percentage for water and electricity costs.

• Hotel: 1 room requires (8 Water & 8 Electricity) and there will be a 16% deduction from the guest's rental fee.

• Mansion (Guest House): 1 room requires (7 Water & 7 Electricity) and there will be a 14% deduction from the guest's rental fee.

• Modern House (Guest House): 1 room requires (6 Water & 6 Electricity) and there will be a 12% deduction from the guest's rental fee.

• Minimalist House (Guest House): 1 room requires (5 Water & 5 Electricity) and there will be a 10% deduction from the guest's rental fee.

The percentage deduction remains a baseline accumulation and is subject to change at any time.
